Job Description:

Permanent part-time position is available at The Original Paw Pleasers Bakery, 2-3 shifts 15+ hours per week (including weekends). Retail sales (minimum 3 years) a must, baking experience (writing on a cake) a plus. Outgoing, enthusiastic personality, comfortable being around dogs and cats. You will be responsible for selling products and merchandise in a fast-paced retail setting. Please mention any animal experience in a cover letter (owned, worked with etc). Must have reliable transportation, be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a 5-6 hour shift. Please, no phone calls. 

Responsibilities:

 Welcome customers

 Explain products and services to customers

 Help monitor and track inventory

Qualifications:

 Previous retail experience a must (Pet/Animal Retail

desired)

 Ability to write on a cake helpful

 Must be able to use basic POS system

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Ability to build rapport with customers and their pets

 Dog and/or cat ownership (prior or present) a must

 This is a permanent part time position (not seasonal)
